Searching for the achilles heel of hibernating cancer cells

Colorectal cancer is one of the most deadly cancers worldwide. Our research is focused on understanding and targetting a new colorectal cancer cell state known as drug tolerant persisters (DTP)s. We are passionate about revealing how tumors in this state avoid killing by chemotherapy and are on the path to uncovering their weaknesses. Listen to Catherine describe our groundbreaking research here.
